Where answer data comes from

Last updated

If a fetch is incomplete, this site keeps the previous dated sheet and shows a pending banner. It does not fill the gap.

An operator can point the sync script at a different https URL with KRILLION_REVEAL_URL. If that URL is still under krillion.io/api/, the script refuses it unless KRILLION_ALLOW_DISALLOWED_API=1. That override is off. Leaving it off is the default.

krillion.fun’s data-sources page, read on 2026-10-23, says prompts, accepted spellings, tiers, and scores come from https://krillion.io/api/reveal?date=YYYY-MM-DD, and that the date, dive number, seven prompts, and reset come from https://krillion.io/api/today.

Reported (krillion.fun data-sources, 2026-10-23)

playkrillion.org’s data-policy page, read the same day, says direct captures come from the game’s public reveal. It does not name a URL outside /api/.

Reported (playkrillion.org data-policy, 2026-10-23)

https://krillion.io/robots.txt says Allow: / and Disallow: /api/. The reveal and today URLs named above are under that prefix.

Official (krillion.io, 2026-10-23)

This site’s sync does not request /api/. The public /archive HTML was checked and did not contain an answer sheet. With no robots-allowed reveal, the answers board stays pending and no answers are invented.
